Shocking service

Hey WOOLWORTHS SA I hardly ever complain, especially when it comes to Woolworths, as service and quality is usually good, but today was absolutely shocking!!! Woolworths food at Preller Square in Bloemfontein, we waited very long in line as only 3 or 4 tills were open. Once we arrived at the till, the cashier was beyond unprofessional. Shouting at a fellow employee, who was packing goods into the Isles, laughing and not concentrating on what she was meant to be doing. There after, chatting to the cashier next to her, THEN the cleaning lady comes and lies with her broom over our goods that are waiting to be packed. All just chatting and laughing. I am usually a very patient person, but this is unacceptable. Once I gave her my card to swipe, she was too busy chatting to get to asking me credit, cheque, savings etc. I waited to see whether she will stop chatting to the lady lying over our food but the conversation just continued. Eventually I turned the card machine to my side and did the transaction myself. When I stated to her that she should be focused on the customer she is supposed to be helping and stop having their little "tea party". They are being very unprofessional and rude, they just said sorry and continued laughing. I'm sorry but I don't expect that kind of service at any shop especially not Woolworths. It's one thing for cashiers etc to chat if they not busy, but to act like the customer isn't even there and when the customer asks them to focus on their job and all they do laugh is UNACCEPTABLE. It just makes a person NEVER want to return to the store. When I complained to the manager, he couldn't get away quick enough as I clearly wasn't a worth listening too. Worst service I have ever experienced in ANY store!
