Shocking service.

<p>This will be the third time applying for a food card , I sent in all required documentation alongside a follow up , all three attempts . And all three attempts my claim to the food card has expired , this is absolutely shocking . The service provided is extremely *********** and no further application will be made by me . Three attempts , with all instructions followed on my part as well as a follow up and still and expiration . Serious attention needs to be drawn to this . </p>
