Shocking, Pathetic experience with Woolworths Store Card

The worst experience in my life. I have been humiliated over 6 times in store. Made over 10 calls to the head office. Numerous emails and nobody has bothered to get back to me. My store card has been a curse from the word go and won't recommend anyone getting one. The moment it is approved there is no customer service and endless issues.
