Shocking online service and app with no support.

Still waiting for my order tried to phone the online call centre 3 times already with no answer after 10min of holding on even tried the support emails only got an automate responce. Woolworths is supposed to be all about customer service and a cut above the rest but there is no service at all. I have Covid and need my supplies urgently by for all they care I could die of starvation.
