Shocking Online Service

Absolutely shocking online service indeed despite regular emails stating how they trying to assist during this testing time. We are pensioners and our order placed last week will only reach us on April 19 2020!!! Why have an online service in the first place. Moreover, we informed that there will only be a single loaf of bread by that date? Do they not have a regular supply of such a basic commodity? We are indeed deeply shocked by this service.
