Shocking non service

I once bought items from woolworths in October 2020. I never received the items as I was told I had an incorrect address. I was promised a refund for the items. Its been 4 months now that I have been writing to woolworths to enquire about the refund. Everything im requested to provide my card number to process the refund but nothing happens. The said thing is I always respond on the previous email where whoever is assisting me can see the trail of emails where I'm asked for the same thing over and over again n providing it but im not getting the money back. I have written so many emails and even called I now not know what to do. Im being charged interest on the amount every month where else that money should be in my account. Im pleading for assistance. I never expected this service from woolworths
