Shocking experience at Woolworths Mall of Africa

I lost my handbag at Woolworths store Mall of Africa on the 19th August and the shocking thing was how the security dealt with the situation afterwards. Security used the radio to report the incident and 15 minutes later we were told that nothing is showing on the camera, but my question is there were plenty people at store who they were looking for because the security didn’t even give them the description of what I was wearing, and the color of handbag in question, so the question that I still have is who they were looking for on camera and how come they didn’t call me to be available when they check I just feel that ********* are being protected at Woolworths
