Shocking delivery service and customer care

I have been a loyal Woolworths customer for many years.

I've placed an order online on 25 January for 10:00-13:00 on the 29th. Nobody delivered the package or kept me updated why the delivery is late. I've sent an email to ********** and still NO response. This is pathetic service to say the least.

Not a happy customer!!!
