Shocking customer service

I have been shopping at Woolworths for decades. They have a great food selection and clothing too but sadly their customer service is appalling and unprofessional. Some of their staff are fantastic but sadly they are very few around, the rest are rude and just don’t care one single bit about their jobs or the customer!! I have written many emails over the years addressing these issues and yet I never get a single reply. Yet I constantly get messages asking for me to fill in surveys which amounts to nothing changing! I’ve had Woolworths staff cut my wife and I off while walking through their stores, their staff shouting and laughing at the top of their voices. Worst of all having to hear their staff talking badly about their Woolworths employers, how badly they are paid or the shifts that they have to do. It is just extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to shop at Woolworths, yet nothing changes, as in my view, Woolworths knows that they are good at what they do and offer and that customers will always come back no matter how bad all that I have mentioned above occurs.it is very sad, as there are Woolworths staff that really do try and care for their customers and take pride in their jobs!
