Shocking customer service

I purchased four gift cards as a farewell gift for a work colleague. The money came off my account very quickly but only one gift card has been delivered. I have spent hours in the past three days trying to sort this out. I have spoken to 6 different people in the online department, all of whom say they will call me back. I am still waiting. I am disgusted at this shocking level of service and will never use this service again. I have told all my friends, family and colleagues not to use this pathetic service. Very quick to take your money but won't deliver. Absolutely unacceptable.
