Shocking Customer Service

Woolworths Walmer Park has no sense of empathy with regards to customers that have gone through Breast Cancer treatment and Reconstruction. My wife had built up the courage to do a bra fitting after gone through Breast Cancer treatment and Breast reconstruction, she went into the store to do a bra fitting on a Sunday morning. The lady at the store was not bothered in assisting, all it seemed was that my wife was a nuisance and did not even want to discuss options. This was so heart breaking to see this type of behaviour from one woman to another. My wife broke down and has even gone backwards emotionally than she was before being diagnosed. We Even sent a complaint email on the App and Woolworths Customer service agent says they never received the complaint. Woolies the up market destination for shoppers really suck at customer service.
