Shocking

<p>Due to me traveling to USA in December I paid my Woolworth account on the 12th , shocking enough I'm receiving annoying calls telling me that my account is in arrears. Can someone explain to me why is the stupid system failing to pick that I paid my installment in time . Can my arrears be cancelled urgently </p>
