Shocked At The Level Of Service

So yesterday i had the worst experience ever at the Somerset West Mall Branch Woolworths, I have received 2 items as gifts as i celebrated by birthday on the 08th of September. After waiting a while @ the customer service line i requested the teller to add both these items onto a gift card for me as i had just delivered a baby via C-Section and am not healed to shop now. After stressing this the manager allowed me to place the R301.95 item onto a gift card, but not for the full amount and only for R299-00 then the cherry ontop of the cake the 2nd item which was a sale item i could not refund unless i have the receipt.....so now my argument if you get gifted don't bother to return....

Then wait for it when i asked the front-line staff what is the name of the Branch Manager they were unaware of the name and surname.....as wanted to email him. So now i ask how the hell.....
