<p>I am a frequent online shopper of Woolworths. After experiencing technical difficulties one evening, I contacted the call centre the next morning for assistance to get a same day order due to the order placed the previous evening was not processed. My initial contact with the call centre was not great, however, after being transferred to Sheena George I experienced a 180 turnaround in customer service. She was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the day in resolving my problem and also managed to get the online delivery processed and delivered the same day. Woolworths, you need more people like Sheena!</p>
