Sharp object found in my Woolworths tikka chicken pasta salad

There was a small sharp object in my Woolworths tikka chicken pasta salad, seems to be either glass or hard plastic and I cut the inside of my mouth on it.

This kind of thing while no acceptable would be more expected from another retailer, but the premium prices we pay Woolworths should guarantee this kind of thing can't happen. What if I hadn't cut myself and accidentally swallowed the shard instead?

I took photos and kept the shard, slip and container as evidence.
