Shameless treatment from Woolworths SA

Extremely disappointed by the treatment from Woolworths online store, they clearly do not take their online customers seriously and they don’t care for the service they deliver .

I bought a cologne from them , only to get an old cologne in a rusted bottles with no original packaging !

They requested pictures and that I give them 24-48 hours to get back to me . I did that and to my suprise no feedback has been given. I had to call them back to find out what’s going on ,only to be told they will escalate the matter,as they have been saying for the past 2 days!
