SHAME ON YOU WOOLWORTHS

I still cannot believe this - I ordered a gift online with Woolies and paid extra for express delivery to make sure it is on time for the birthday. The day after it was supposed to be delivered I phone customer services just to be informed that the note of the driver states "ran out of time" why did he think I paid for express delivery if the driver can decided if I get my parcel or not - this is highly upsetting - I did not even get n courtesy call or email to tell me I will not get my expressed paid parcel - this is so bad and absolutely rediculous where is the so called service "which I paid for" there is someone now without a birthday present thanks to your reliable express delivery again which I paid for - SHAME ON YOU
