shame on you woolies unhappy client

I was so disappointed with woolies . I bought a pair of pyjamas and I could not return them to change as I had bought a smaller size with it being covid and all where were are advised to stay home and only go out when its necessary. also with me being anew mommy I had to stay home . now I have finally was able to go out and was told at the store that they no longer have stock and I cannot exchange nor get cash back as the items reflects sezo amount mind you I bought the items for R325. shame on you wollies I will never ever buy at the store again . I bought stuff for my child best believe I will be returning the items for a refund and go buy at a store that understands customer service
