Shady discounts on Woolies Dash App

I'm officially done with the Woolies Dash app. I've given it countless chances, but today's experience was the final straw.

I ordered a 6-pack of yoghurt on sale, only to find it replaced with a different flavour, also on sale. To my shock, I was charged the full price. When I called customer service, I was told that the replacement item no longer qualified for the discount, even though it was part of the same promotion.

This is a ridiculous policy. Woolies Dash allows customers to select items that are out of stock, then replaces them with other items and charges full price. It's a frustrating and deceptive practice that adds unnecessary stress to my shopping experience. I'm uninstalling this app and sticking to Checkers60.
