Severely disappointing service, especially for a company trying to portray quality

Upon returning my goods (packaged in a woolworths box) from an online purchase to a store:

the greeting of "I work on this side" to suggest that I had placed my goods on the wrong side of the till, closely followed by "what is this" aimed at my returns are two of many notable instances of plain rudeness seen in a short 5 minutes.

The highlight though must have been when the lady assisting me had finished, and had my card lying on the desk in front of her. At that point she decided to first discuss out loud with neighbouring colleague about how rude the other impatient customers were being.

I truly despise shopping for a number of reasons and I thought online shopping could be the answer. How wrong
