Severely Disappointed

I purchased beef burger patties from Woolworths in Dainfern Centre and there were bone fragments in them that broke my husband's tooth. The resulted injury caused an emergency visit to the dentist on a Sunday and a cash payment of r2400. I reported the matter to Woolworths customer services in July 2023 already and it has not been resolved to date. I was asked to provide evidence of the bone fragments and medical bills, an incorrect email was used to provide me with feedback then an offer of a r200 voucher to get more burgers! I have requested to at least be compensated for the dental bill and get told that the liability insurer will get back to me but has not direct number that I can follow up on. I have been a loyal customer to Woolworths but am now put off buying anything there let alone meat products.
