SETTLEMENT ON LOANS

Please can some-one resolve my account issues which has been going on from 22/06/2023 to-date. I have been trying to settle some of the loans before the statement printed for July to avoid interest charges to no avail, I sent an email, and I am awaiting a response. I made 3 calls to have this resolved, and still the account is the same.
