Settlement of account

I settled my woolworths loan account in full on 26 October 2015 for the amount of R 42 059.97 but they still send me sms messages that I owe them money. I phoned the company several times and send the proof of payment to them. They confirmed that they received the payment notification but still sends sms messages that the monthly payment will be deducted from my bank account and send sms'e that my account are in arrears.
