Settlement letter that shows my account is closed by woolies and blake and associate

I had account with woolworths and then i was under onedebt review of which they didnt owner our agreement about paying my accounts.

Then Woolies handed over my account to Blake and Associate and they offered me settlement offer over the phone of which it was recorded for their quality purposes and they i paid all the money as it was agreed on the telephone now when i have to get my settlement letter that i no longer own woolies i dont get it and they keep on listing my name with this other debt collectors.

I have been calling Woolies and Blake and associate and they have been promising to send it.

Please help.
