Settlement Letter Request

I cannot even begin to express how appalling Woolworths financial Services has been for me. I have been requesting for a settlement letter on my store card for over a week now and no one seems to care.Two consultants said 2-3 working days and another mentioned 5-7 working days meaning the employees have absolutely no clue what is going on. I'm do sick and tired of this and cannot wait to part ways with Woolworths
