settlement letter

Good day, I called head office yesterday 26 June to ask for settlement letter I spoke to Karen I have been waiting and decided to call again today the 27th they told me that no call was logged for my request and i specified that i need the letter before cob today to think that when i owe Woolworth's i get call even at night now when i want to settle my debt they give me a run around can i please have that so i can also have peace knowing that i dont owe woolies money?
