Settlement amount

<p>I have submittted a request to Woolworths on the 5th of July before 10am, I requested a settlment letter, the gentleman told me I will receive the letter in 24-48 hours after he submitted the request. On the 7th I still havent received a letter, the lady told me they have a 4day turn around to attend to requet. I still havent received the letter as of today. I cannot understand how this request can take so long to resolve as I had also requested same from Edgars and FNB and within 2hours I received same. I have now called again a lady named Wndy assisted me, she was the only operator who seemed to know that the query must be submitted to the correspondence department, </p> <p>Can you please explain as to how I can obtain this letter asap as it seems your correspondence department is not able to comply with their duties</p>
