Settled Woolworths account with Debt in , however up until today still waiting for feedback in terms of a settlement letter.

Woolworth is very quick to hand over an account that is behind with payments to Debt in to collect the instalments on their behalf. Debt-in will harass you with their rude consultants day and night to get the monthly instalment.

They offered me a settlement amount for a period of 6months to pay up the account and that when done a settlement letter will be sent through. I made the last payment in September last year according to the settlement arrangement. Up until today in 2018 I have not received the settlement letter that I was promised by Debt-In. Every time I call the consultant that assisted me she tells me that they are still waiting for Woolworths response regarding my account.

At this moment I don’t know whether the account is settled according to the payment I made or its incurring interest that I don’t know anything about. Debt-In is no longer calling me day and nigh now that I have paid and awaiting a settlement letter from them.
