Settled Woolworth account

I settled my account with Woolworth in July 2019 but it still appears as I'm still owing. I put that to their attention several times for them to update their system but it seems as if they don't do anything about my concern. I am trying to buy a house now Woolworth is the stumbling block, I have to drive more than 200kms to reach my nearest Woolworth store but I don't get any assistance.
