Settled my account but still handed over to MBD?

Woolworthworths never ever issued me a new card after i reported my card ******. Hense i decided to rather settle my account in Full on the 23rd April 2014. To add insult to injury, they actually handed me over to MBD attorneys. For a year now MBD is thretening me just because woolwoths system was never updated last year - this is affecting my credit ratings. I am not happy that the three ladies above keep on giving me the same reason since the 20th Feb that someone urgently will call me. No i keep calling MBD - MBD refers me to Woolworths and Woolworths refers me to MBD - no body is assisting me..... not sure now what to do coz this has been going on for a year now. PLEASE HELP PETER ...... WOOLWORTHS IS NOT RESPONDING TO ME AT ALL or helping me in anyway - they received their money in FULL - It would be great if this can be sorted ASAP.
