I called Woolworth Insurance re the increase in my motor vehicle excess. Was assisted very professionally by a consultant and then transferred to Group Specialists Department where Faizel listed to my concerns (excess had been increased by R1 100.00) and managed to bring excess down as well as monthly premium, all in the space of approx. 10 minutes!<br> <br> Excellent customer service, very professional and knowledgeable, pleasure to deal with!
