service sucks

I have called 4 Woolworths trying to find out if they have school navy ankle socks. 1. Adderley street- been on hold for 30 minutes and phone not answered 2. N1 City - Transferred to the uniform department but not picking up 3. Tygervalley. - Transferred to uniform department was on hold for 15 min but no answer.

This is unacceptable and poor service from the Woolworths stores. How am i to know which Woolworths store has the socks? I'm so disappointed
