Service is not up to standaard

Good day<br> <br> I went to the newly build woolworths in our town and bought some clothing. Being a lady of large stature it is sometimes difficult to find nice clothing. Anyway amongst other thingsI bough a pair of black jeans. Coming home the jeans i decided to try it on, and to my shock found that the size is not fitting me. I looked at the other pair i also bought in the same size and it sat nicely. Upon further investigation i found the the back label was marked one size and the side lable inside the pants was marked another size.<br> <br> I took this pair back to the shop. Demanding to have the right pair of jeans as this was not my fault. The sales lady said that she would look at the back as she doesnt have this size on the shelve. Doesnt have. She said that the will phone around looking for another pair. A few days later she comes back to me saying that she cant find a pair. ?? REALLY! I spoke to the manager who said she have found one and it will be sent to me asap.<br> <br> Today 19/07 i (13 days later) returned to the store to enquire about my pants, NOTHING!? The manager doesnt know about anything? I told her i would be contacting head office as this is unacceptable.
