Service Excellence

I would like to commend Woolworths Wonderboom for the exceptional service we experienced on 3 May. Its a pity I could not fin the name of the cashier that assisted me. The interaction with the cashier and manger was truly heartwarming. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. We bought items and instead of just ringing the items, the cashier alerted us to a promotion that was running in relation to the items. When we could nit fib items, she proactively volunteered to go and check at the back for the items. My experience in other shops is that one has to ask the staff to go and check instead of them being proactive. Please keep up this excellence, of putting the customer at the centre of all you do.
