Service Excellence

On Sat 02 April round 17:00, I discovered that I had left all my cosmetics at work the day before. Had a reunion theme party to attend to starting @ 18:00 in Blouberg, and I reside in northern suburbs. In a complete panic I raced off to Woolworths Tygervalley and prayed that I would find a consultant who could work her magic. In my full 80's theme outfit, I walked in the store and met Fredelin Jordaan at Prestige Fragrances. What a pure delight this young lady is in customer service. With a cool head she calmed me down and assisted me after I explained my dilemma. Thank you Fredelin for all your efforts, I was so relaxed and confident after you did my face. The party was a hit, all my compliments for my makeup left me smiling all evening. I certainly will be referring more clients to you in the near future.
