SERVICE DELIVERY ISSUES

Extremely disappointed with service delivery this seems to be a constant issue with the online store from delivery incorrect items to delivery food that is gone and and finally not delivery several items that were initially order, contacted the call centre and spoke to Ryno who was very helpful and assured me the items that were not delivered for my anniversary will be delivered today around 6pm, the online store manager also contacted me and apparently they "forgot" to pack my order yesterday, were are the check and balances here? He assured me items will be delivered between 6-8pm today is now 8:30pm do I need to stay awake the entire night to receive my order which was stuffed up by the online store in the 1st instance, where is the accountability? Online shopping supposed to be convenient and not an inconvenience, kindly call me urgently as I will not be accepting any orders now as this time lapse it really unacceptable.
