Woolworths financial services is the ****tiest and biggest **** of all time. 1st I am charged interest of over R1700 on a balance of R30k, I ask for a settlement amount, pay the amount and now I am being told sorry we cannot close your account as you have overpaid. They need to refund me back which takes 3 working days. After that I have to call them back to get my account which will take 48 hours. My store account is still not closed after months of requesting closure now I am battling with the loan.
