Service Complaint

<p>Good day</p> <p>I hope you are doing well..</p> <p>I want to log a complaint against Woolworth's.</p> <p>I made a R2000 personal load at Woolworth's in 2012 and went under Dept Counseling in 2013 and also canceled the Dept Counseling after a few months to pay my dept myself. I went to Woolworths Loch Logan Bloemfontein to get the details regarding the Loan so that I can pay it, The lady looked on their system and phoned Head office, but to my surprise that they inform me that I do not have a loan with them and they will look into it and phone me back. After 2 weeks hearing nothing from them I went back to the store and only received the same results that I do not have a loan with them, so I left it as there is no point arguing about a loan they claim I do not have.</p> <p>On Friday 2 June 2017 for the first time in 4 years I received a phone call from their Attorney claiming that I must pay over R4000 that is outstanding on my Woolworths Personal Loan. I never received one phone call, sms or email regarding this loan sins 2013 when I went to the store and they told me I do not have a loan with them.</p> <p>I did explain to the Attorney what happen and that it is unacceptable as I was more than willing to pay the loan in 2013 and they said I do not have a loan with them and after 4 years they don't phone me there Attorney phones me """"what the hell"""". The Attorney also advised me that the file was also only handed over to them 1 June 2017.</p> <p>Again I went to the store on 9 June 2017 to find out that is going on, and again walked out with no results as the Attorneys was OFF LINE and no one could help me once again.... Still awaiting their call back...</p> <p>This is unacceptable they messed up very badly and after 4 years they expect me to pay the loan and all the interested on the loan that was caused by them....</p> <p>Please can you advise me on what to do in this case as I am very unhappy with what is going on.</p> <p>Your help will be highly appreciated !!!!!!!!</p> <p>Thank you very much.</p> <p>Kind regards,<br />Elaine van Greunen (Elaine Roos)</p>
