Service bad

I did go to the store and queue for almost 15 minutes whereas the staff were chatting about the personal issues. I felt neglected because they were chatting and the lady and a man were also sitting down and I believe they are supervisor but they just left only one guy by the name of Sipho to help customers I'm so disgusted about the service in this branch.
