service at Woolworths Silveroaks

i went to buy one item at Woolworths Silveroaks and there was no other customer but there was an Woolworths staff member paying at the cashier and i waited and waited then i walked to the cashier and asked why is it taking so long to pay the one item the staff member had they got upset and scanned my item but very rudely threw my item across the counter did not say a word to me just a very rude face but talked to the other staff member i really don't deserve to be treated Like this all i asked was why was it taking so long to pay one item
