Needed to exchange a bag I bought in December from Canal Walk in Tokai today and the worst service a r800 bag coming undone,only used it in February and April not even the full April cause I saw it coming undone and still getting **** treatment from a store like I bought the bag from shoprite this is unacceptable and I will never STEP FOOT IN YOUR TOKAI STORE I SHOP THERE EVERY DAY BUT AFTER TODAY
