Upgraded home security system and enquired about a rebate on our monthly premium. Riedwaan informed me that the upgrade does not warranty a rebate, but what he could do was to review our policy. This is something that I did not know and was very pleased that after he checked, my policy premium came down by a considerable amount. I am so pleased with this as every little helps. This guy was so professional, efficient and friendly. He is an asset to his department as his attitude compliments his personality.
