Served raw uncooked chicken with bad management response / Attitude

Good day I am beyond disappointed with the response we always shop at wool worth's Norwood , We bought supposedly cooked chickens from them and the inside of the chicken was raw I have picture + videos of this , I normally dish out for the family first and as the mum i always sit last , the kids did complain to me the chicken is to soft , I just explained its Woolworths its fine. When I sat down to eat by then my kids had eaten the chicken what was left we took back to Woolworths. What most disappointing was the managers response asking where is the rest of the chicken , my kids were throwing up and were not well. we treated them with OTC medication as my medical has been depleted when i was hospitalized. The manager did not even ask if the family is ok. He did not even allow my husband to open the bag to show the raw chicken. He just said here a R200 voucher for the chickens you bought. Disgusted , disappointed and and expected more empathy for my sick family. I will no longer go to that store at all.
