Sent from Pillar to post

i was checking my annual credit report from Trans Union and found out that Woolworths gave a report that my monthly instalment is R4800 same as my Balance ,i tried contacting Transunion who said that i can go to Woolworths to ask them to sent a dispute form as they are the ones who are giving Trans union the report about their accounts,I called woolworths and i was sent from pillar to post and i went to the store to ask for that dispute form and they filled the form for me and a lady from woolworths stores called head office for me to speak to them and the lady i spoke to said they cant help me,all that i need is for Woolworths to correct my montly instalments as they cant be the same as my balance ,its now as if i pay R4800 everymonth and i owe R4800 how is that possible
