send sms and cannot take responsibility

So this morning at 08:56am 09/08/2015 I get an sms to use a reward voucher by 10 Aug ***. not one but 2 sms's. I went to woolworths in my lunch break and waisted valuable time. the manager and cashier prontly assisted me to call head office who then spoke to a candice who passed the buck... took a name ID number cellphone email and physical address asif i have an account with you. i only have a rewards card. the agent inefficiently told me that i do not have a voucher. so do me a favour and cancel all sms from you i refuse to spend another hour in your stores claiming things that does not exist and i will NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORES AGAIN. cause like she said. there is nothing to it
