Selective 'elite' stores

This happened on the 12 May 2019. Really disappointed in Woolworths, went into your Tygervalley branch and wanted to make a layby only to be told by the teller that they don't do layby's only certain stores do, and mind you these certain stores that do, do layby's come across as local and not as elite as Tygervalley Mall which is high end. So my issue is that what if I stay in the vacinity I would need to drive all the way to one of the branches that do have layby facilities, which costs petrol and time. In this case it would be more feesible for me to layby at Edgar's. To date every time I am told someone will get back to me it's 9 working days later.
