Security officer bully

My wife and kids were bul**** by a security guy at Woolworth Jabulani mall yesterday afternoon. She went to buy but her card was over the daily limit, she left the items while going to the bank next to Woolworth and my 1 year daughter was in the trolley that the villain security took it by force saying they didn’t buy nothing so they can’t leave with a trolley. My wife brought it from the Parking with her.

We shop our groceries at Woolworth every month and we have an account there.

I’m just going to close that account and never shop at Woolworth.

I want a formal apology as my daughter was harassed. When her mom called me she was crying mysteriously as she loved being pushed in a trolley.
