Security Nightmare

<p>Myself and my wife went for shopping at Cradle Stone Woolworths, yesterday. We really enjoyed the Woolworths shopping experience only to be rediculed by the security at the end of our shopping. As we were leaving the security tinstile beeped. To our dismay the security lady very rudely pointed us and called us back. To our dismay she started randsacking our shopping, only to find nothing. As if that was not enough she opened my wife's personal hand bag and randsacked it as well, I was shocked and disappointed, my wife was very upset. We were treated like ********* and we are very loyal Woolworths customers. We spoke to the manager that was on the floor and he only told us that he would speak to the security. I am really not satisfied by this response, no one goes through my wife's personal belongings, I need a written apology for this embarassment and I need to be assured that customers personal handbags will not be touched without their consent. Woolworths is great brand and I expect nothing but exceptional customer treatment. One other thing, other trolleys were beeping while we standing there but the security did nothing about those ones, is this fair?</p>
