Security must keep their hands to themselves!!!!

The mall has adverts all over that says they encourage you to bring your dog they are welcome. Usually I leave me dog at home but since they said bring him!!!! I have a tiny little Pom puppy and he was in the wagon. When I got to Woolworths (the advert is right by the door!!!!) the security guard grabbed my wagon and pulled my dog around telling me to get out and treated me like a ********!! I asked him to come and look at the advert. He said no he will not look. I must GET OUT. Keep your hands to yourself!!!!! Speak kindly and explain that even though it is not written ANYWHERE but this is the protocol. I was so shocked!!!! I will NEVER go back to Irene mall ever again. I have heard multiple complaints about the security and I called Irene mall management and they won’t do anything about it!!!! They say it’s not their problem because the security is a different company??? But it’s happening at your mall????!!!!
