Security guard

I had a worse experience ever in woolies mt edgecombe by the security name Thandeka, the way she talked back @ me imfront of the manager Samantha it made me asked my self if maybe they didnt want money or i shouldnt be a woolies customer, in her words thandeka said" I DONT CARE WHAT SHE SAID" talking to a customer in that manner makes me wonder is she doing it b'cause im black, her attitude towards me was highly unapreciated and the manager couldnt even try to stop her, but the client behind me was served nicely b' cause he was white, i ended up not buying in the store coz clearly money was needed! Thandeka said i look down on her bt my question why would i look down on her coz i was there to buy wine en leave? I would love to get bottom of this in order so that other people not be treated in such a disgusting manner, Thandeka should be taught how to handle a customer en Samantha just stood there she didnt intervene, what kind of a manager is that? It was my worse experience ever i had i woolies!!!!
